SHARE THE CARE  is our referral program designed to ensure your family and friends have access to the same quality, comprehensive and affordable eye care as you do at Associates in Eyecare.

How to refer someone:
Simply give your family, friends, neighbors or coworkers one of our SHARE THE CARE referral cards (available at the desk at any of our offices) to bring in or have them tell us you referred them to us when they come in.

Program details:

1. When you refer a new patient, they receive $25 credit per referral.
2. There is no limit – refer as many family, friends, neighbors or coworkers as you like.
3. Credits can be used for materials (frame, lenses, sunglasses and contact lenses).
4. Credits can not be used for professional service fees or as a co-pay.
5. No cash value for credits.
